All our Italcaffè products are designed for brewing in espresso coffee machines. They are roasted using the hot air flow technique resulting in residual humidity of less than 2.5%. The special foil packs perfectly protects the coffee from enviromental factors, ensuring preservation of aroma and taste.
The immediate packaging after roasting, and the lack of oxygen inside the foil pack guarantees a coffee with unaltered crema, a rich aroma and the fragrance of the original Italian espresso.
The low level of residual humidity ensures a high standard of coffee extraction. In short, you get more coffee cups and better quality from each pack.
